We source our stock from the finest local suppliers -all of our meat and dairy products originate from producers who only use the most ethical practices, and our organic fruit and vegetables are selected from the freshest seasonal produce available. We treat our fabulous ingredients with the respect they deserve, and everything is always prepared from scratch at your venue by our diligent catering assistants, whilst our skilled chef is slow-roasting the meat.
What Events Do We Cater For?
There isn’t any type of event the Hog Roast Lichfield team can’t cater for. From 3 course meals for outdoor wedding receptions or an indoor company conference with canapes, to food festivals or smaller private parties, we have a menu and a hog roasting machine for all occasions, tastes and budgets. Our hog roast machines can either be a sociable centrepiece for your gathering, or tucked away discreetly in the corner, it is entirely up to you. As we have such a vast array of menus, the food we are preparing may differ greatly from event to event, but the quality of our ingredients and our impeccable level of service will always be at the same consistently high standard every time.
